Bulk Image Search uses keywords stored in Airtable to search Pixabay and save matching images as attachments. It helps populate an image field across many records without manually searching and uploading an image for each one.
What you can do
- Use a selected text field as the search query.
- Save only the first result, or up to three returned results.
- Connect your own Pixabay API key and write results to an attachment field.
Example workflow
A destinations list can use a city-name field as its image query. Review the returned images before using them in customer-facing material, since a keyword match is not a guarantee that a photo depicts the intended place.
How to get started
Add your Pixabay API key to the workspace and select it in the automation. Choose the table, keyword field, destination attachment field, and first-result preference.
