Limit the Airtable records available for selection to those that satisfy certain conditions.

With the miniExtensions Form you can limit the Airtable records available for selection in a linked record field in two ways:

  • Dynamic Filtering based on other linked record fields
  • Static filters: These are filters that are set up in the form’s configuration and can be used to limit the records available for selection in general, e.g. to users with a certain email domain, or events with a certain status etc. You can combine many conditions and use “and” and “or” logic to filter records exactly as needed.
