This feature is now available in our Advance Form for Airtable. Which -among many other features- allows you to auto-fill specific fields without needing prefill parameters in the URL.
Trying to automatically link new records with a connected table? This feature allows you to autofill a default value for any field in Airtable. You can schedule it to run regularly, or use a webhook.
In our example table, we used the following:
