Create a Stripe checkout link connected to an Airtable record with miniExtensions Integrate Stripe with Airtable. The record supplies the product name, price, quantity, and redirect URLs; the generated link opens a Stripe-hosted checkout for that record.
What you can do
- Generate a Stripe checkout link for each payment record.
- Use record values for the product, price, quantity, and customer details.
- Store successful payment information, with optional receipt and Payment Intent fields.
From payment record to checkout
Each payment record supplies the values needed for its Stripe-hosted checkout, including the product description, price, quantity, and optional customer email. Those values can come from related data in your base, provided the mapped fields on the payment record contain the required information.
The generated formula produces a payment link for that record. Configure the currency and choose where customers are redirected after a successful payment or a cancelled checkout. After successful payment, the integration will store payment information in the selected Airtable fields.
Optional mappings retain a Payment Intent ID and receipt URL for reference. When receipt redirection is enabled and a receipt is available, the customer can be sent to Stripe’s receipt page. Test the complete checkout and return flow with a test key before switching to live payments.
Examples of workflows
Send a payment request for a record
Generate a link for a service booking or order record and send it to the customer through your existing communication workflow. Each record can supply different payment details.
Reconcile a completed checkout
Save the Payment Intent ID and receipt URL into the payment record to help your team locate the corresponding transaction in Stripe.
Use an existing product table
Bring product values into your payment table through suitable Airtable fields, then map those fields to the integration. Validate the numeric values before sharing live links.
How to get started
Connect your Stripe key, map the payment fields and redirect URLs, and add the generated checkout formula to Airtable. Complete a test checkout before collecting live payments.
Good to know
Successful-payment updates depend on the completed checkout return flow. This is not a full payment-status ledger covering refunds and every failed or cancelled payment.
