The miniExtensions Form allows users to log in to/look up their Airtable records. You can use any fields you like for this, but if you want to absolutely make sure that the user is authorized to see/edit the Airtable record, you can use phone number or email verification. When these features are enabled, the user will receive a verification code to log in. The generated code will be valid for 15 minutes. You can use either email, or phone number verification, or use the phone number as a fallback for email verification.
