Add CAPTCHA to your miniExtensions Form to make automated spam submissions harder and reduce the time your team spends sorting through unwanted entries in Airtable. Visitors complete a verification step as part of submitting the form.

Keep public forms more useful
A public event signup form can attract automated entries alongside genuine registrations. CAPTCHA adds friction for bots while letting you keep a single signup link on your website. It is also useful for contact forms, surveys and requests that do not need a customer login.
What CAPTCHA does and does not do
CAPTCHA helps reduce automated abuse. It does not guarantee that every submission comes from a genuine customer, that the information entered is accurate, or that a person can submit only once. Keep the field validation and access settings that your workflow needs.
Enable and test it
Turn on CAPTCHA in the form’s Security settings, then test a submission using the link your visitors will open. If your workspace uses a custom domain, contact support about activation as described in the CAPTCHA setup guide.
Test the verification step on your intended devices. If it cannot complete, the visitor may be unable to submit. Also note that CAPTCHA prevents the hands-off auto-submit-after-prefill flow from running.
