This automation will generate a unique email address. Any email sent/forwarded to this email address will be saved as a new Airtable record. The subject and email body will be saved to different fields, and can then be further processed by other automations (e.g. our GPT automation to summarize the email or extract information from it).

This is a very simple way to ingest data from third parties into Airtable without them having to do anything special.
