Export Base Fields creates a table listing fields and tables in the selected Airtable base. Use the generated inventory to document the base structure, review field options, or support a handoff.
What you can do
- Create a miniExtensions Fields List table.
- Write one record per field with its name, type, description, and options.
- Include the source table’s name and description alongside each field.

Before reorganizing a base, a team can generate a schema inventory and review it with the people maintaining integrations. The list makes field definitions available as ordinary Airtable records for reference.

How to get started
Create the automation in the base you want to inspect and run the export manually. Open the generated table and review the rows and field-option information.
Good to know
This documents base structure rather than exporting all record data. A fresh export requires a new inventory table.
