Export a List of miniExtensions to Airtable

Keep track of all your extensions by exporting a complete list into an Airtable table!

Export Extension List creates an Airtable inventory of published miniExtensions configurations connected to a base. Use it to document extensions and automations, review edit information, and support an internal handoff.

What you can do

  • Export published extensions and automations from the selected workspace and base.
  • Include identifiers, names, types, configuration JSON, and edit metadata.
  • Match exported rows by Extension ID when refreshing an existing miniExtensions List table.

Use cases and examples

A team maintaining many configurations can use an inventory to document what exists and who last edited it. Treat configuration JSON as internal operational information rather than something to publish with a public review link.

  • Workspace audits and cleanup: Use an extension inventory to review the automations and extensions configured for a base and plan cleanup work.
  • Documentation and handoffs: Prepare an inventory for internal documentation, ownership handoffs, or reviews of a large Airtable system.
  • Compliance reviews: Use exported configuration information as supporting material for an internal compliance review. The inventory is not a compliance certification.

How to get started

Create Export Extension List in the intended base and run it manually. Review the resulting miniExtensions List table, including the configuration and edit metadata, before relying on it for an audit.

Good to know

The inventory covers published configurations in the selected workspace/base. It does not update configurations when you edit exported rows.
