Send personalized emails using the data already stored in your Airtable records. The miniExtensions Send Emails for Records automation reads each record’s recipient, subject, and body, sends the message, and marks a checkbox when it has been sent.

Personalized content and tracking
Select fields for recipients, subjects, and message bodies so each email uses the corresponding record’s information. Formula fields can compose personalized content from names, references, or other values already stored in the base. Supported attachments can be included in the message.
A sent checkbox helps distinguish processed records from those still waiting. Use the selected record scope to send only the messages ready for delivery, rather than every record in the table.
Optional tracking can write delivery and engagement information back to Airtable. Treat opens and clicks as signals that depend on the recipient’s email client, rather than guaranteed proof that a person read the message. Test the content and attachments in an actual recipient inbox before sending a broader collection.
A practical example
An Orders table can contain a customer email, a formula subject combining the order number with a delivery update, a personalized body, and an invoice attachment. Filter the automation to orders ready for notification and use the sent checkbox to avoid repeating the notification on later runs.

Map recipient, subject, body, and sent-status fields, then configure the sending options. Send a sample message before processing the selected records.
Good to know
A sent message is not proof of delivery or readership. Provider access, sending limits, and recipient-client behavior apply.
