Generate iCal Calendar URLs for Records exposes Airtable event data as an iCal subscription feed. Add the generated URL to a calendar application that supports calendar subscriptions to view events alongside your other calendars.
What you can do
- Map event summary, start date, and end date fields.
- Add descriptions, locations, event URLs, and organizer details.
- Optionally select an Airtable view to choose the records included in the feed.
Example workflow
A training team can maintain session dates in Airtable and share a subscription URL with participants. Subscribers see the session information their calendar application retrieves from the feed.
How to get started
Select your events table and map the required date and summary fields. Add optional event details, choose a view if needed, and copy the generated iCal URL into your calendar application’s subscription settings.
Good to know
This is a one-way calendar feed. Calendar applications control refresh timing, and the feed includes up to 500 records.
