A calendar integration with all your record data

Airtable allows you to create an iCal subscription link for a view, but the feed only provides the date/time as well as the single Primary Field in a record. This extension allows you to select a few other fields to include: the Event Title, Location, or Notes of a calendar entry.

Here is an example iCal feed that’s generated out of the sample view below:

💡You should copy the link above to import it in your Calendar app (Mac, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc)

  • Can have an unlimited number for calendars.
  • The ICS feed is always live when you refresh in your calendar.
  • Supports 8 different event field types:
    1. Start Date
    2. End Date
    3. Summary
    4. Description
    5. Location
    6. URL
    7. Organizer Name
    8. Organizer Email

Use Cases

This extension can be useful in a lot of scenarios. You can use it to:

  • Integrate with Google Calendar
  • Consolidate a master calendar from multiple tables

If you click on the sample view below, you’ll see the table that’s used for the demo above.
