Airtable: Add New Single/Multi Select Options in a Form
Allow your form users to add new single/multi select options
Here is a quick rundown of the main differences based on cost, ease of use and functionality limitations.
Make (formerly Integromat) is a bit advanced while Zapier is relatively easy to use for most people. But miniExtensions is considered even easier because it is tailored toward achieving specific tasks while Zapier is more flexible and custom.
💡Example: converting URLs to attachments in Zapier would require ~30 clicks. With miniExtensions it’s just 5 clicks.
There are certain tasks that simply can not be done with Zapier or Make (Integromat).
💡Example: Form, Portal, or downloading attachments in bulk from Airtable.
Zapier and Make (Integromat) charge per ‘task’ or ‘operation’. We charge a flat fee for processing records in bulk.
💡Example: converting 50k URLs to attachments in Zapier would cost $399.

Will miniExtensions see and/or have access to our Airtable data?
miniExtensions employees do not look at your Airtable data.
Like other cloud tools, miniExtensions software reads and writes your data in order to process it through the Airtable API. When you use an extension, we fetch the data that we need from Airtable in order for that extension to work. This data is only fetched while the extension is in use. We never store any of your Airtable records on our server. We only store your base structure, that includes the base name, table names, field names, and field options.
I’m ultra concerned about privacy as I am working with sensitive content. What do you do to protect the data that you process? And how can I ensure that nothing is ever leaked.
We take data security very seriously. To find information about how we handle data security, you can look at our privacy page here: miniExtensions.com/privacy. If you need more details, please contact us with any specific questions you have.
