This feature in miniExtensions form for Airtable allows you to create linked records and fill in all the fields that you would like for it. All without leaving the form page.
This features works by integrating multiple forms/tables together. Which allows the created line items to have one-to-many (parent/child) relationships with the main table. All that happens automatically behind the scenes.

When I go see the line items, they don’t refer to my original form. It would be wonderful if they prefilled with information from the previous form.
The line items form would not be prefilled with the main form. That’s not how this extension works. The way it works is by ‘linking’ the records together after the form is submitted.
How do a I create a form that uses fields from multiple tables?

Is it possible to edit a record and its associated linked records?
Yes, you can use our miniExtensions Form to edit records AND their linked records. All you need to do is to activate the option from the field settings
I‘m having some issues getting forms set up to fill line items when using as an order entry form. The issue is that our invoice number column is an auto numbered field. Can we have that prefill so the line order items link to that order?
It is not possible to pre-fill formula fields like auto-number (because they are read-only).
