Add new linked records with all their details while you're filling the form

This feature in miniExtensions form allows you to create linked records and fill in all the fields that you would like for it. All without leaving the form page.

This features works by integrating multiple forms/tables together. Which allows the created line items to have one-to-many (parent/child) relationships with the main table. All that happens automatically behind the scenes.

The form now also supports previewing and editing existing linked records!

  • Add new linked records.
  • Preview existing linked records.
  • Edit existing linked records.

Here’s an example of a form that allows creating new line items:

1. URL

2. Embed on your site

The form can be both shared as a URL or embedded in your website.

Use Cases

When I go see the line items, they don’t refer to my original form. It would be wonderful if they prefilled with information from the previous form.

I‘m having some issues getting forms set up to fill line items when using as an order entry form. The issue is that our invoice number column is an auto numbered field. Can we have that prefill so the line order items link to that order?

You can use the subscription on different bases/accounts. It covers universal access to all of our extensions which extensions can be setup for multiple bases and tables. We explain how many Airtable bases you can use on our pricing page.

On paid plans, there’s no limit on the number of records you can process. Unlike Zapier and Integromat, our pricing is per month, not per record. However, there might be limitations by third party integrations.

We have instructional videos for how to use each one of our extensions on the product page. They guide you step-by-step of how to set them up.

We’re not offering discounts at this time. And we don’t require any commitment.

Unfortunately, we only offer plans that provide unlimited access to all of our extensions.
