Update
We launched a new form that replaces this extension. It has many new features, including a built-in login page.
If you want users to select an existing record from your table and edit it, this is what you need. Users will be redirected to a prefilled form after they successfully look up a record (e.g. enter their name and pin to edit their profile).
💡Tip
This extension only allows users to update existing records. If you would like users to create new records, check out our login extension here.
