Enforce unique field values in miniExtensions form

This feature enforces uniqueness for a field value in miniExtensions form. For example, if you would like to disallow a registered user from signing up again, this extension will prevent having duplicated records.

In miniExtensions form, you have the option to set a field settings to require uniqueness. In which case, the field input value will be validated. If the new value does not exist already, the record will be created/updated. If it does exist, an error message will show to the user and the form will not get submitted.

Features

  • Supported for the following field types: Single Line Text, URL, Email, Barcode, and Numbers.
  • Customizable error message when a duplicate record is found.

You can use the subscription on different bases/accounts. It covers universal access to all of our extensions. All of our extensions can be setup for multiple bases and tables.

There’s no limit on the number of records you can process. Unlike Zapier and Integromat, our pricing is per month, not per record. However, there might be limitations by third party integrations. Also, some extensions can only run on one table at a time. Please refer to each extension’s page on whether or not it supports running on multiple tables simultaneously.
