Update
We launched a new form that replaces this extension. It has many new features, including a built-in lookup page.
If you want users to select an existing record from your table and edit it, this is what you need. Users will be redirected to a prefilled form after they successfully look up a record (e.g. enter their name and pin to edit their profile).
Tip
This extension only allows users to update existing records. If you would like users to create new records, check out our login extension here.
Tip
If your lookup criteria normally match multiple records, we recommend using our Search Page instead.
