Update
We launched a new form that replaces this extension. It has many new features, including a built-in lookup page.
If you want users to select an existing record from your table and edit it, this is what you need. Users will be redirected to a prefilled form after they successfully look up a record (e.g. enter their name and pin to edit their profile).
TipFeatures
- Lookup information can be any value(s) stored in Airtable.
- Support using a barcode as the lookup field.
- This extension is integrated with our powerful miniExtensions Form and has all of its features.
